This policy explains how products and services sold on EvanHFisher.com are delivered, when you can expect access, and how refunds and cancellations work. By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.

1. What we sell

  • Digital courses — Self-paced, pre-recorded video courses hosted at learn.evanhfisher.com.
  • 1-on-1 coaching — Live, scheduled coaching engagements with Evan H. Fisher.
  • Newsletter sponsorships — Paid ad placements inside the Oversubscribed newsletter.
  • Digital downloads — Templates, workbooks, frameworks, and other downloadable files (where offered).

We do not sell physical products. No items are shipped.

2. Delivery

Digital courses

Access is delivered instantly after successful payment. You'll receive:

  • An order confirmation email at the address used during checkout
  • A separate email with login instructions for learn.evanhfisher.com
  • Immediate access to the course dashboard once you log in

If you have not received your access email within 30 minutes of purchase, check your spam/promotions folder, then email support@evanhfisher.com with your order confirmation number. We endeavor to respond within two business days.

Course access is granted for the duration specified on the individual course's sales page (typically lifetime access for the version of the course purchased, unless otherwise stated).

1-on-1 coaching

After purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email within 1 business day containing a scheduling link, intake questionnaire, and pre-session materials. Coaching sessions are delivered via video conference at the time you book through the scheduling link.

Session windows, rescheduling rules, and any package-specific terms are listed on the coaching offer's sales page at the time of purchase.

Newsletter sponsorships

Sponsorship delivery follows the schedule confirmed in writing between Evan H. Fisher and the sponsor at the time of booking. Standard delivery includes inclusion in the Oversubscribed newsletter on the booked Saturday send date.

Sponsorship-specific deliverables, creative deadlines, and approval cycles are governed by the booking confirmation email or insertion order.

Digital downloads

Downloadable files are delivered via direct download link on the post-purchase confirmation page and via email. Links remain active for at least 7 days after purchase.

3. Refunds

Digital courses

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all self-paced digital courses, measured from the date of purchase. To request a refund:

  1. Email support@evanhfisher.com within 14 days of purchase
  2. Include your order confirmation number, proof of course completion, proof you have completed all the steps of the course homework, and a brief reason for the refund
  3. We'll process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method

After the 14-day window has passed, all course sales are final.

1-on-1 coaching

Coaching engagements are refundable only on the terms listed on the relevant booking link.

1 rescheduling request made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session will be accommodated free of charge. No-shows (10-minute grace period) and cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance forfeit the session.

Newsletter sponsorships

Sponsorships are refundable if cancelled at least 30 days before the booked send date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the send date are non-refundable, as inventory is reserved and editorial work has already begun. If we fail to deliver the sponsorship on the agreed date due to our own error, you'll receive either a full refund or a make-good placement at your option.

Digital downloads

Due to the instant-access nature of downloadable files, all sales of standalone digital downloads and immediate-full-access courses are final and non-refundable unless the file is corrupted or undeliverable, in which case we'll either replace the file or refund the purchase.

4. Cancellations & subscriptions

For any subscription-based product (where offered), you may cancel at any time from your account dashboard at learn.evanhfisher.com. If you are unable to adjust your subscription there, then email support@evanhfisher.com. Cancellation stops future billing; previously billed periods are not pro-rated or refunded except as required by law.

5. Failed, duplicate, or unauthorized charges

If you see a charge from EvanHFisher.com that you don't recognize, was duplicated, or you believe was unauthorized, contact support@evanhfisher.com within 60 days. Include the date, amount, and last 4 digits of the card used. We'll investigate and refund any charge that's clearly erroneous within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please email us first. The vast majority of issues — missing access emails, billing mistakes, login problems — are typically resolved within two business days. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in loss of access to purchased products.

7. Compliance, taxes & jurisdiction

EvanHFisher.com is operated from the United States. Where required by law, applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is added at checkout and remitted to the relevant tax authority. This policy is governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes are subject to the venue specified in our Terms of Service.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Fulfillment Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Purchases made before a change remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
